Accommodation Policies 

 Booking Policy: -
A government-issued valid photo ID proof evidence will be required for check-in, which includes passport or driver's licence or student ID or 18+.

Deposit Policy: -
Upon arrival, the motel collects a $50 damage deposit at the reception which can be either in cash or by the card. The objective is to safeguard the motel's assets. Guest shall be liable for any damage (whether intentional, negligent, or reckless) to the room(s), motel's premises, or other guest properties which caused by them.

Cancellation Policy: -
Cancellations submitted before ONE day (24 hours) prior to 10 am of the scheduled arrival date will incur no charges (except 5% credit card fee will be charged). For cancellations received after 10 am or within 24 hours of the arrival date, whole lodging amount may be charged to the credit card provided or invoiced to guest or booking.com, or any other booking engine. Big bookings (for seven (7) days or more)
demand a week cancellation period.
Furthermore, at the motel, if you don’t like the location or room or host or other guest or any other issue which is not related to the motel but rather your own personal point of view or opinion, in this case, no refund will be issued.

No Show Policy: -
The motel holds your reservation in good faith, expecting your arrival; if you fail to show up for your reservation (no show), you will be charged the entire cost of the accommodation booked.

Child Policy: -
Baby Cot: Children aged 0 to 2 years old can stay for NZD 8.00 per child per night when using an available motel baby cot.

Extra Bed Policy: -
Children from 2 to 12 years old can stay for NZD 15.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed or sofa bed Adults stay for NZD 20.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

Extra Person Policy: -
Same above cost will be applicable for the extra person in the room whether using an extra bed or not.

Late Departure: (Check out time: 10 am) If the guest wants the late check out then the cost will be $20 per hour after 10.30 am
for the room.

Fairness Policy: -
We have an equality policy, and treat everyone equally, regardless of race, color, gender, authenticity, or religion. Anyone who disregards our policy is not welcome at the motel. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination or prejudice.

Smoking/Vape Policy: -
Smoking or vape is not permitted in any of the motel's rooms. Smoking facilities are available outside each guest room. Please do not smoke near to the open windows, doors, and other guests. If you smoke inside our rooms, the motel reserves the right to terminate your reservation or charge such costs of the damages.

PET Policy: -
No pets are permitted in the room. If pets were found in the room without the knowledge or approval of the motel, booking will be terminated without any refund.
